To Whom It May Concern:
After living in a small apartment for three years, my husband, Chris, and I bought our first home in May 2003. Prior to meeting Ron Klein, we had looked around a little on our own and had read numerous books on home buying in San Diego. We knew all the questions to ask of ourselves about our credit, our finances, and where we ultimately wanted to live, but we were lost as to how and where to begin. Through a friend of a friend we were put into contact with Ron and it was the best home buying decision that we made.
From day one, Ron took the time to listen to our concerns and answer our questions. He stayed with us through to the very end; even after his part of the process was completed and he always made us feel as though we were his only clients. He had all the time in the world to spend with us. We were never hurried off the phone when we had questions and he always returned our phone calls. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he found out the answer and got back to us withinn hours; not days! Working with Ron was like having your dad help you find the right home. He was genuinely worried about finding the right house for us. But most importantly Ron was never afraid to tell us how he "really" felt about a house and that was a welcome change in a business that is sometimes more concerned with selling a quick house and making a quick buck than it is with the people who will live in that house.
Since moving into our house Ron has come over several times to "check in" on us. He stops in to say hi and to visit for a minute before going on to help someone else find their new home. Ron is a wonderful realtor and a very nice person. We\\\\\\\'d recommend his help to anyone.
Sincerely,
Chris and Heather Griffiths
