The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. While only 4% of all Realtors hold the prestigious CRS designation they handle 25% of all residential real estate transactions nationwide
The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. Only 4% of Realtors have this prestigious designation.
Risk Management Specialist. The (RMS) Program is a cutting-edge certification, created by local real estate and legal experts, to help Realtors® enhance their industry knowledge, execute better transactions and reduce their and their client´s exposure to risk. The foundation of the RMS certification is the completion of a two year course of study that focuses on risk mitigation. All courses are Department of Real Estate approved and accredited and is offered through the San Diego Association of Realtors Legal Department. These accredited courses are taught by top real estate attorneys. Only 35 Realtors out of 4,600 in San Diego County currently have this designation.
